User Agreement – ESFA E-Sports For all

Welcome to ESFA. This agreement governs your access to and use of products, tools, and services provided by ESFA and its affiliates, including matchmaking engines, analytics systems, infrastructure APIs, and all related online, mobile, or developer-integrated services (collectively, „ESFA Services“). This agreement is made between you and the relevant ESFA entity described in Section 13(B).

 

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use or integrate any ESFA Services.

 

BY ACCESSING OR USING ESFA SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS.
1. We use Google Sign-up for ESFA Account To access many ESFA Services, including matchmaking and player analytics, you must create an ESFA Account. You must be of legal minimum age in your country, and if you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and accept these terms with you. You are responsible for all activity on your account and should not share your login credentials.
You may cancel your account or subscription by contacting ESFA Support. ESFA may charge you for any fees or third-party costs incurred before termination, where legally allowed.

 

2. USER SERVICES
License to Use Services ESFA grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use ESFA Services for commercial purposes, in accordance with this agreement. You may not reverse-engineer, duplicate, distribute, or modify ESFA Services or any of its components without explicit authorization or legal exception. All intellectual property rights remain with ESFA or its licensors. License can be awarded based on subscription plan or through tier system partnership.

 

3. CONTENT AND ACCESS
Content and Digital Assets ESFA Services may include content and assets such as software, UI elements, voice/chat features, analytics widgets, and in-game integrations. Some digital assets may be accessed using library licensed to you by ESFA. These libraries have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged, and are non-refundable.

 

4. AVAILABILITY
Service Availability and Updates ESFA Services are not guaranteed to be available at all times or in all regions. Updates and patches may alter or remove certain features. Your game state or data may be reset for performance or compliance reasons. Access may also be suspended due to suspected violations of Section 6.

 

5. UGC CONTENT
User-Generated Content (UGC) If you contribute UGC (e.g., match names, audio clips, uploaded graphics), you give ESFA a global, perpetual license to use, adapt, and share that content within the ecosystem. You must have rights to any UGC you share, and ESFA reserves the right to remove or moderate UGC at its discretion.

 

6. Code of Conduct
You agree to follow the ESFA Code of Conduct, which includes:
No harassment, cheating, or harmful behavior.
No violation of privacy, distribution of malware, or illegal use of services.
No infringement of third-party IP.

Breaches may result in account suspension, UGC removal, or service bans.

 

7. Game Integrations

ESFA Services include APIs and matchmaking systems that may require secure integration with your infrastructure. Misuse of the system, circumvention of protection mechanisms, or unauthorized third-party tool usage may result in termination of access.
Our software can recognize fraudulent behavior, piracy and cheating. Attempting to do such things can result in loosing permanent access to our platform.

 

8. Termination
This agreement remains in effect until canceled by you or ESFA. ESFA may suspend or revoke your access due to violations or misuse. In case of platform retirement, ESFA will provide at least 30 days‘ notice. On termination, access to all digital content, licenses, and integrations will be removed.

 

9. Data Usage
ESFA collects usage metrics, system logs, hardware info, and integration data to improve services and maintain platform stability. Offline data may sync later when connected. All data is handled per our
[Privacy Policy].

 

10. Software and Updates
You agree to allow ESFA to automatically install updates and tools necessary for maintaining the service. Failure to accept updates may result in limited or broken functionality.
11. Third-Party Services Some ESFA features may interact with external systems or tools not owned by ESFA. We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy, or content linked from ESFA Services.

 

12. No Warranties & Liability Limits
Unless required by law, ESFA provides services „as is“ without warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or compatibility. In jurisdictions that permit it, our liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid for the affected service over the last 12 months.

 

13. General Terms
A. Entire Agreement — This is the full agreement between you and ESFA regarding your use of the services. B. Governing Law — The applicable jurisdiction is in Slovakia, Bratislava, and you agree to resolve any legal matters in courts within that region.

 

14. Changes to the Agreement
ESFA may update this Agreement as needed. You’ll be notified of major changes, and continued use after changes implies your acceptance. If you disagree, discontinue using the Services.
